This course is designed to enable you to take responsibility for your learning and development needs to meet personal and professional skills to support the strategic direction of an organization. You can achieve this through analysing your current skills and preparing and implementing a personal development plan.
This course highlights the importance of seeking feedback from others to improve performance by continuously reviewing your learning needs. These skills will equip you for demanding responsibilities and career progression in the future.
You will conduct a skills audit to help evaluate the strategic skills needed to meet current and future leadership requirements and then use this to identify preferred learning style. This will also inform the structure of a personal development plan.
